Arlington Flea Market Guidelines for Sellers
Date & Time: Saturday, August 4 from 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. Vendors may arrive up to two hours early to set up their booths. All unsold items must be removed from the community center property no later than 8:30 P.M.
Location: Arlington Community Center Booths will be set up in the community center gym as well as in the parking lot. If you are selling flammable items, you must register for an outdoor booth.
Booths: Please note the following prices for rental indoors/outdoors Regular size: $50/$40 Double size: $85/$75 Corner booth: $100/$90 Each booth includes 2 chairs. If you need a power source, please bring your own, such as a generator. Neither indoor nor outdoor booths will be allowed to use the site’s electricity.
Refunds: No refunds for rental space can be given, and the event will not be canceled due to weather conditions. In case of rain, those who are assigned outdoors booths should prepare the proper protective covering for themselves and their items.
