To whom it may concern: I would like to tell you about a disappointing experience I had at your hotel. On May 25th, you had 1.------- staff on duty at the time of my check in. There was a long line of guests at the front lobby counter and only one person assisting them. When we finally did get to the front of the line, the clerk informed me that my reservation did not appear in the database. Because of this, we were forced to stay in a smaller room than the one originally requested. When we got to the room, we noticed that the housekeeper 2.------- it poorly. There were spots on the mirror in the bathroom and one of the wastepaper baskets was still full. I called down to the front desk to complain about the matter right away, but no one answered the phone. Overall, I found my experience at your hotel to be 3.------- and I would not recommend it to friends or family.
