TO: Edith Foreman FROM: SUBJECT: RE: Order #47459
Dear Ms. Foreman,
I am writing in response to your email regarding an order placed on March 19th. According to the shipping invoice, a pair of boots and two button-up shirts were sent from our warehouse on March 21st. However, your order also included a wool overcoat. As you pointed out, it was listed as currently in stock on our website. However, one of our shipping agents did not see the full order because a portion of it was printed on a second page. To resolve the matter, the item will be sent today using express shipping at no extra cost to you. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Charles Yancey Farland Co. |
