Hi Dan,

I need you to help me set up the conference room for tomorrow's event. We have to arrange the tables, set up the audio-visual equipment, and prepare the afternoon tea. The conference starts at noon, so you should start helping me at around 9:30 a.m. If it's just the two of us, I guess it will take a couple of hours to get everything done. But if there's anyone else in the administration department who's available to help, please bring them along. I'd like to get as many people involved in the preparations as possible, so that we can be ready by 11 a.m.
