2. Please tell us about your experience at the front desk. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one in the reception area. I had to wait nearly ten minutes before getting assistance. Then, while I was being checked in, the clerk answered several phone calls and hardly made eye contact with me. It made me feel like a nuisance instead of a valued customer. 3. Please tell us about your opinion of the room. I was surprised at the size of the room because I was expecting it to be less spacious, considering your reasonable prices. Everything was neat and tidy and I could tell that it had recently been cleaned. The trash was emptied and the bathroom supplies were fully stocked. In general, I was very pleased with the condition of the room.
