Dear Tenant,
As you have made no response to my final notice for rent collection, I hereby inform you that you must 1.------- your apartment within five days. Any items remaining after this time will be discarded by our maintenance team. The locks on the apartment will be changed and you will not be allowed re-entry after Friday. This measure is being taken because your rent has gone unpaid for the past four months. Regrettably, there is no way to 2.------- this action.
Even if the back payments were to be paid in full before Friday, the lease has already been terminated and you cannot continue your residence in State Street Apartments. I understand that this is an extreme measure, but I’m afraid that there were no other alternatives. I hope that you will remove yourself and all belongings from the apartment without incident, because I would like to avoid 3.------- local law enforcement.
The procedure for this eviction follows Section IV of the lease agreement. Please refer to that section if you have any questions.
