As discussed at yesterday’s meeting, the release date for Graytech’s latest package of office software is 1.------- approaching.
In order to have a successful launch, it is important that all of you have a complete understanding of the programs. With previous software versions, customer services representatives have had some difficulty with some of the more 2.------- questions that have been asked on our call center.
We are expecting similar problems with this launch, as the software has even more functions and some processes involve multiple steps.
