I recently stayed at your hotel and there are some matters that I would like to bring to your attention. I arrived on Thursday, June 7, and although I had booked a single room online for three nights, the front desk clerk said there was no record of my reservation. Since all of the single rooms were taken, I had no choice but to get a more expensive double room. Additionally, your Web site advertised an indoor swimming pool. However, while I was at the hotel, guests were not allowed into the area due to maintenance work. Another problem I encountered was with your room service. It took an hour and a half for my food to arrive, and it was cold and unappetizing. In light of these problems and more, I ended up checking out the next day and booking the rest of my stay elsewhere. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience, and I believe I am entitled to getting a portion of my charges back. I hope you will consider taking action on this issue.
