TO: All Staff FROM: Human Resources In order to maintain a consistent level of production at Cardwell Manufacturing, we are issuing a new policy addressing employee absences. This policy will place 1.------- on the number of vacation daysallowed to be taken at one time, and it will go into effect on April 2nd. Under the new regulations, vacations longer than ten 2.------- working days will not be permitted, even if the employee has sufficientvacation days at his or her disposal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The purpose of this policy is to spread out vacation days over the course of the year so that workers do not get mentally 3.-------. We believe that taking shorter breaks throughout the year will prevent burnout. An additionalbenefit is that for shorter vacation times, the employee is better able to catch up on his or her workload upon returning to work.
