Watermark Printing Services 71 Crestview Terrace Rock Springs, TX 78880 August 18th To whom it may concern: I would like to inform you that I just received the posters for our upcoming fundraiser and I would like to make a complaint. For starters, our advertising time for the event was reduced 1.------- the printed materials arrived five days later than promised. Also, I am very disappointed with the quality of the posters. The logo is blurry, even though your designer assured me that the 2.-------graphic could be enlarged easily. Additionally, the color of the text and the color of the background are nearly identical, rendering the text 3.-------.We have been using Watermark Printing Services for years, so I hope that these problems will not happen again the future.
