Please disregard the message I sent earlier today about your defective plasma screen television. I double-checked our records and I have some good news. Unlike I told you in the previous email, your product is still under warranty. Under the warranty, you have the choice of bringing in the device to one of our repair shops, or having a technician visit your home to take the item to the shop on your behalf. Please note that while the repairs are completely free, you will be required to pay a fee of $45 if you choose the second option. However, since moving the item yourself can cause further damage, the second method is the one I recommend. Please reply to this email with information about which option you would like to choose and the time and day that would be most convenient for you. Repairs usually take about four weeks to complete, and if the problem cannot be resolved, your television will be replaced at no charge to you.
