| As the size of our staff increases, we are having greater difficulty finding suitable parking spaces for everyone. Due to a 1.------- of funding, a proposal to the building owner to expand the parking lot this spring was rejected. In response, we will attempt to remedy the problem by implementing an experimental program on March 7th. This program will begin on a temporary basis and, if 2.-------, will be put into practice for the rest of the year. All workers will be assigned special passes for the parking lot. Red passes will be valid for even-numbered days and blue for odd-numbered days. On the days when your parking pass is not valid, we ask that you carpool with other coworkers, take public transportation, or park off-site and walk. 3.------- who park in the lot without a pass will have to pay a parking charge of $35/day. To pick up your pass, please stop by the human resources department sometime this week.
