I called your company that day to connect my Internet service. However, I did not actually have any service 1.------- the first week of February because your technician did not come to set it up until February 8th. Therefore, I only used three weeks of service in February. On March 7th, I received my account statement for the month of February. I was very surprised to find that I had been billed for the 2.------- month. By my calculation, the value of one week of service is $32.94, so this is the amount I was overcharged by. I would like to be reimbursed for this error in the form of a credit on my account. I expect to see this credit 3.------- on my next statement.
