A : 우리 회사가 사옥을 짓는대요.
     The company is planning to put up its own building.

B : 사옥이요? 전 금시초문인데요.
     Our own building? That's news to me.

A : 직원이 늘어나 사무실이 비좁잖아요.
     You know we've got more staff now, so the office
     is becoming too small.
